Overview: You search for plants, compare suppliers, check pricing and availability, and source material for jobs.

Recommended Account: Basic User

Choose Basic User if you want to:

• Search plants and suppliers
• View wholesale pricing
• See nursery availability lists
• Filter by location and container size
• View plant photos

Overview: You want more than just plant search—you also need workflow tools to help manage projects, create estimates, and request pricing from nurseries.

Recommended Account: Professional User

Choose Professional User if you want to:

• Use advanced search filters, including specs and features
• Search favorite nurseries
• Access Projects (keep track of clients, jobs, and estimates)
• Access RFQs (create custom quote requests and compare nursery bids)

Overview: You handle landscape architecture, urban planning, research, or procurement for a public, military, or educational institution.

Recommended Account: Educational / Military / Government (Free Professional Access)

What you get:

100% Free Access to all premium Professional User features (Advanced filters, Projects, and RFQs).

How it works & Requirements:

• You must sign up using a valid institutional email address (ending in .edu, .gov, or .mil).
• To maintain your free status, a simple annual email verification reminder will be sent to your inbox every year.

Overview: If your employer has—or will be setting up—a Corporate or Nursery/Supplier Account, you can sign up as a Professional or Basic User and be added to the company's account by your administrator. Because your company pays for your subscription, you do not need to enter a payment method.

How it works:

• Sign up for either a Professional or Basic User account.
• Ask your company's Corporate Account administrator to add you to the company account OR if your company already added your email to their team before you signed up, you will be able to accept their invitation right after signing up.
• Once added, your subscription will be managed and paid for by your company.

Overview: You want your company to manage PlantANT access for multiple employees under one centralized subscription.

Recommended Account: Corporate Account

Choose Corporate Account if you want to:

• Manage employee access and control user permissions from one main account
• Add or remove users easily as staffing changes occur
• Consolidate all billing under one single subscription
• Provide full Professional User access to your employees

Corporate Account includes: 1 primary corporate account + 1 additional Professional User license, centralized management, and billing.

Overview: You want buyers to find your plant inventory on PlantANT's search engine.

Recommended Account: Nursery / Supplier

Choose Nursery / Supplier if you want to:

• List your plant inventory for buyers to search and upload/manage availability lists
• Add product photos and direct listings
• Bid directly on RFQ jobs submitted by buyers
• Promote your nursery directly to the wholesale landscape trade
